Shipping policy

At ConsoleGarage we use various shipping vendors based on the location of the order to be delivered. We have a logistics solution that manages the shipping. We are dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience.

How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status by two methods

  • User Account: You can check your order status on your User Account Dashboard where your orders will be displayed and with one click of a button you can check your order status.
  • We share timely updates about your order details and status via Email and Text Messages. The updates will include your order confirmation, processing, shipping details, and delivery. A tracking ID and link will also be shared to track your order on a timely basis.

How long does it take to deliver your product?

It usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to deliver the order after dispatch. You will receive regular email notifications and SMS notifications of your tracking number and also share your courier/delivery partner details once the order is dispatched.

If in any case any courier delivery is delayed, we will notify you of the reason why it is being delayed so that you are informed of your order. The delay occurs depending upon your shipping address, courier services delay, public holidays, curfew issue, and unfavourable climatic conditions. 

If in any case if you did not get your shipment or no update provided after 7 Days please wait for 48 hours. Please get in touch with the customer support team at support@consolegarage.com or send a WhatsApp message to +919909999697 if no response.

If there’s no update in shipment before dispatch, please wait for 48 hours. Else, get in touch with the customer support team at support@consolegarage.com or send a WhatsApp message to +919909999697. Schedule the day of delivery: If your order is not shipped, we can schedule the shipment of your order at your convenience. You may request for change of address as long as the order has not been handed over to our courier partner but for that, you have to send us an email at support@consolegarage.com with your order id.
