Cancellation & Replacement

Cancellation:

If you wish or choose to cancel your order, kindly contact our support team at support@consolegarage.com to cancel your order. Please ensure you are cancelling the order within three hours after placing your order. If you cancel within three hours, we will refund your payment within 24 hours. We will not be able to cancel your order once your order item is packed and dispatched. 

Replacement:

You can replace your product within 5 days from the Delivery Date. You can raise a claim for the return process. You can only initiate a return or replacement if:

  • Wrong Product Received
  • Quality Issue, Parts Missing
  • Defective Product Received
  • Physical Damaged Product
  • Software Issues

We will only approve your claim if your return/ replacement falls under any one of these mentioned cases. We will process a refund if we are not able to arrange a replacement for you.

How to Return your order?

  • You need to initiate the claim within 5 days from the date of delivery by sending mail to support@consolegarage.com
  • You have to share the issue in detail and add screenshots or images supporting your claim.
  • Claim Request is then reviewed
  • After approval of the replacement request, reverse pickup of the product is then arranged by our courier partners.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, then you need to dispatch the product on your own. In this case, you will be getting reimbursement up to INR200
  • After the product is received at our end, it’s checked by our quality checking team and approval of replacement is then made accordingly.

When is Replacement not approved?

  • If the product is altered/used.
  • If the product is returned without original packaging.
  • If the product is replaced by any other means.
  • If any parts/accessories are changed or altered.
  • If the serial number has been tampered
  • For the products reported after 3 days of delivery
  • What is Replacement approved?

  • If the replacement is approved, you can expect the replaced product delivered at your location in 3 to 7 working days.
  • However, you will get a refund if we are not able to arrange a replacement,

    Criteria for Return/Replacement

    If you want to return a product that is defective or damaged you can return the product raising a claim. However, there are certain points that you should remember while returning a product:

    • Return request should be raised for defective within 72 hours from the date of delivery
    • For damaged products raise your return request within 24 hrs after receiving the product
    • Only damaged or defective products can be returned
    • In case you didn’t like the product or the product is not up to your expectations, On Returning such products you need to bear both side courier charges or other charges if applicable.
    • Return Courier charges would be calculated according to weight as shipments below 500gm would be charged a minimum of Rs.250 on each side. For additional weight, charges would be calculated as Rs.250 per 500gm.
    • Product or Product Box got damaged due to negligence, improper usage will not be covered under our return policy
    • The return box should include all the accessories, user manual, tags, warranty cards (if included) etc. including the original package
    • Please note that, if you have purchased some internal part/accessory of some device like Gaming Controllers, HDD, etc. And product/accessory is found to be In-compatible with a particular device then in such cases return policy may not be valid.

    We reserve the right to cancel the return/replace process if our quality team doesn’t find the issues highlighted by the customer and the product box doesn’t contain all the accessories

    Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, kindly contact our customer support team (support@consolegarage.com) to cancel your order and ensure that you are cancelling your order within two hours after placing your order on our website. Because once your item is packed and dispatched, we will not be able to cancel your order. If you have paid online for your order your refund amount will be credited using the same payment mode in which the payment was made.
